Return Policy for Zoupeen

7-Days Return Window: We offer a 7-days return policy, allowing you ample time to assess your purchase. This period begins from the date you receive your item. To initiate a return, go to your account and process your return or contact us at zoupeen@gmail.com within this timeframe. Returns made outside of the stipulated 7-day period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria: For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Alongside the item, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Any return initiated without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: We request you to inspect your order upon reception. In case of defects, damages, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at zoupeen@gmail.com. This will allow us to assess the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods like Custom Stickers or Rugs or any other customized products. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Expenses: Please note that all expenses related to the return shipping process are the responsibility of the customer and not Zoupeen.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
